Booking & Payment
1. How do I make a reservation?

You can book directly with us via our connected Business WhatsApp on our website indicated by the icon. When you click on it, you will be automatically directed for easy access.

2. What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations up to 56 days before arrival, the main guest pays 30% of the total amount.

For cancellations up to 28 days before arrival, the main guest pays 60% of the total amount.

For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, the main guest pays 80% of the total amount.

For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the main guest pays the full amount.

In the event of an early departure, the main guest also pays the full amount.

3. Are taxes and fees included in the price?

The prices stated on our website are with VAT. Tourist tax and cleaning fees are not included. You will receive a booking overview, once we have confirmed the requested rental dates on your and our end. All mandatory taxes; VAT and tourist tax, and the cleaning fees are displayed in this overview and included in the end price.

4. How is the payment for the reservation done?

On the booking overview, our bank details are stated. After receiving the overview, please make the transfer within 24 hours to complete the reservation.

5. Can I change or modify my reservation?

Changes depend on availability and must be requested in writing.

6. ​Is a deposit required?

Yes, an amount of €300 will be charged during booking and returned at the end of the guest's stay. Missing or broken items, damages and/or forgotten tourist tax will be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in & Check-out
1. ​What time is check-in & check-out?

Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-out is possible until 12:00.

2. Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Only upon written request and subject to availability.

3. What if something is not working on arrival?

You must notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

4. How do I access the property?

Access instructions will be sent one day before arrival.

5. ​Is contactless check-in available?

Yes. Though we as hosts will always be available for our guests on WhatsApp or reachable via phone.

6. ​What happens if something gets damaged?

Damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

7. Do I need to clean before leaving?

Guests are expected to leave the property in a generally tidy condition.

8. What should I do with the trash?

Please dispose of trash in the designated bins during stay and before departure. Around the area, there are multiple garbage disposals indicated and separated by their colors. Yellow: Plastic - Grey - General waste - brown: Organic waste - Blue: Paper and cardboard - Green: Glass

The property
1. Is free parking available?

Yes, a carport is provided on the property and/or nearby parking may be available.

2. Is a car recommended?

Yes. Though facilities, like supermarkets, are only a 15 min drive.

3. Is the pool private?

Yes, the 3x6m pool is for exclusive use by registered guests only.

4. Is the pool heated?

The pool is not heated. It is available for use year-round, and guests may choose whether to use it.

5. Is the pool available year-round?

It is available for use year-round, and guests may decide to use it at their own discretion. However, for safety reasons, we advise against using the pool during poor weather conditions. 

Please note that occasional maintenance may affect availability. When this happens, the pool will be unavailable for an hour or two. We will always inform guests in advance of any scheduled maintenance.

6. Are towels provided?

Yes, standard bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not included.

7. How many people can stay at the property?

The maximum number of people able to stay is 4. Adults and children from 12+.

8. Is the property solely for the guests?

The rental area is exclusively for guests, as for the path on the right side, garden and pool. The lower section of the property and the path on the left side are reserved for the property owners. These areas are clearly marked with golden chains and privacy signs.

9. Is the property secured?

Yes, at the front of the property, there are security cameras installed for safety. The view of these cameras is solely on the front patio. The back garden, pool area are fully private.

Utilities & Comfort
1. Is the property cleaned before arrival?

Yes, a cleaning is completed before every stay.

2. Is cleaning included during the stay?

No, there are cleaning supplies provided to keep your stay feeling clean and fresh.

3. What should I do if something breaks?

Please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible

4. ​Is air conditioning available? ​Is heating available?

Yes, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Mode: Snowflake icon on remote control. Please use it responsibly. In overuse, it will be deducted from the security deposit.

And yes, the air conditioning also comes with a heating system. Mode: Sun icon on remote control. 

5. ​Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, internet is included. The password will be provided on the day of arrival. Temporary outages cannot always be prevented.

7. Is there a washing machine?

The rental comes with a washing machine and drying racks are provided. Towels will be provided.

8. ​Is there a full kitchen? ​What appliances are included in the kitchen?

Yes, the property is equipped with full cooking facilities. Kitchen appliances include an electric stove, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and airfryer.

9. Are basic cooking supplies provided?

We provide our guests with basic items such as glasses, mugs, pots, pans, a cutting board, utensils, spatulas, and a couple of spices at the start of your stay, but refills are not included.

10. ​Is there an outdoor cooking area or BBQ?

Our serene garden has an outside cooking area, where BBQ´s are possible. Please note that the usage of wood for the fire is prohibited.

House Rules
1. Are parties allowed?

No. Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2. Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. We provide an ashtray in the carport to take and use. Cigarettes are prohibited to be disposed of in the garden.

3. Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

4. Is excessive noise allowed?

No. Quiet hours must be respected at all times. The rental is in a calm neighborhood. Guests are expected to lower their noise from 22:00 until 08:00.

5. Can I invite visitors to the property?

Only registered guests may use the facilities unless written permission is granted.

6. Are children allowed?

Children from 13 years onward are allowed to stay, but the property may not be child-proof.

Location & Surroundings
4. ​What restaurants, bars, and local shops are nearby?

• The maritime area of Altafulla offers authentic seafood restaurants right by the sea. These places are located along the promenade by the narrow beach. • Old Altafulla features excellent culinary hotspots, ranging from trendy, easy-going bars to more upscale, high-end dining options.

• The old squares of Torredembarra (such as Plaça de la Font and Plaça de la Vila) offer lovely terraces with various tapas options. • Tarragona is full of historic dining spots around Plaça de la Font, along Carrer Major and its side streets, and around the Tarragona Cathedral.

• At Parc Central (Tarragona), you can enjoy modern and extensive shopping. It’s a large indoor mall featuring a cinema, supermarket, and fast-food options.

• Reus is the ultimate shopping city, with over 600 shops, charming pedestrian areas, plenty of restaurants, and architectural highlights.

• In Torredembarra, along Passeig de la Sort, you’ll find a few local and practical shops, a bank, a phone store, and more.

Altafulla and Torredembarra are usually about a 15–20-minute drive away, depending on your destination. Tarragona (25–30 minutes) and Reus (35–40 minutes) have more variety but are a bit farther.

Lidl and Eurospar - ±19 minutes | Torredembarra 

Eurospar - ±12 minutes | La Riera de Gaià 

5. ​What beautiful beaches can be found nearby?

There are about 10 beaches in the area, 15–20 minutes by car. From north to south:

Beaches near Torredembarra and Altafulla

  • Els Muntanyans: a vast natural reserve full of freedom and tranquility

  • Platja de la Paella: large beach with sports facilities and a promenade

  • Platja de Canyadell: romantic and picturesque beach in a small cove

  • Platja d'Altafulla: narrow beach with whitewashed houses and seafood restaurants

  • Platja de Tamarit: long beach between Altafulla and a seaside castle


Beaches near La Móra/Tarragona

  • Platja de la Móra: family-friendly beach in a beautiful bay

  • Platja de Calabecs: paradise-like beach surrounded by forest and cliffs*

  • Cala de la Roca Plana: intimate cove next to Platja de Calabecs*

  • Platja de l'Arboçar (Cala Fonda/Waikiki): stunning third beach*

  • Platja Llarga: long family beach, also great for walking


*These three beaches are only accessible by hiking through forests and cliffs. Naturism is sometimes practiced. Start the hike from La Móra or Platja Llarga.

6. ​What cities and towns are worth exploring in the area?

Of course, there is plenty to see, but here are a few wonderful examples:

Roc de Sant Gaietà: an incredibly charming coastal village full of unexpected alleys and courtyards, a true blend of architectural styles and cultures. 

Altafulla: step back into the Middle Ages in Vila Closa, the medieval old town with characterful steep streets, squares, a castle and a church. 

Tarragona: beautiful squares (Plaça de la Font, Plaça del Fòrum, and more) as well as remarkable Roman-era structures, such as the amphitheatre. 

Reus: a vibrant historic centre with stylish architecture. A top destination for shopping and strolling. Birthplace of Gaudí.

• Cambrils: very touristy, but therefore pleasantly lively. The harbour and the parallel streets offer souvenirs, places to eat, and small shops with little gifts.

7. Is the accommodation in a quiet area? 

Yes, the accommodation is located above what we call the “valley of peace,” between Sant Miquel and Vespella de Gaià.

It is often wonderfully quiet here. You’ll hear birds singing, leaves rustling, and sometimes a gentle breeze while the sun warms your face. You may even spot foxes or wild boar. Cars are hardly ever heard, as only local traffic passes by.

Occasionally, dogs in the area may bark for a short while. In Southern European countries, dogs often stay in the garden and may react when someone — on the rare occasion — passes by. They are part of the Mediterranean way of life and are well-loved animals. For most of the day, however, the surroundings remain pleasantly peaceful.

8. Are mosquitos present?

Yes, there are mosquitoes. They are active both during the day and at night.

We recommend using mosquito repellent at all times. Even with repellent, you may still get the occasional mosquito bite, but it will help prevent many of them. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a few complimentary bottles from us, which we’ll place in the utility room.

In the suite and the kitchen-living area, there are ceiling fans that you can turn on and off with the remote control. These fans help keep mosquitoes away, as they don’t like wind.

The fans place a load on the electrical system. Therefore, we kindly ask that you turn them on only when you are actually in the room. Thank you for your understanding.

Safety & Liability
1. Are we insured during our stay?

Guests are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.

2. Who is responsible for accidents?

Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

Problems & Complaints
1. What if something is not working on arrival?

You must notify us, the hosts, immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

2. Can I get a refund for issues during my stay?

Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the nature and timing of the complaint.

3. What if the weather is bad?

Weather conditions are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

General
1. Can photos on the website vary slightly from reality?

Yes, minor layout or décor changes may occur due to maintenance or updates.

2. Do you guarantee uninterrupted utilities?

No. Temporary outages may occur due to external providers.

Legal & Policy
1. Can house rules change?

Yes, house rules may be updated at any time.

2. What happens if house rules are broken?

Breaking the house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund of the deposit. Any damages caused may incur additional charges.

3. Are complaints after departure accepted?

Please, report all issues during the stay, so we can try to solve them.
